Squads
JX Squad
The JX squads focus on learning to train hard with the introduction of some land training and mild aerobic training. The squads continue to improve on their skills and technique, specific to racing. Swimmers learn how to set goals through the JX qualifying systems put forward by Swim Australia.
Swimmers can attend up to 5 sessions per week and must attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
Required equipment includes fins, pull bouy, kick board and band.
